The main components

The Farleygreene Sievmaster Slimline range of vibratory sieves features a slim design and is available in 4 diameters - 550mm, 950mm, 1250mm and 1550mm. As part of the sieving process, lumps, contaminants and oversized particles are removed through powerful vibrations applied to the mesh screen. The sieves are easily integrated into the product line, and a direct earthing system ensures a static-dissipating connection between a compatible mesh ring and the sieve body. The Farleygreene Sievmaster range is designed to be used for a variety of applications, though the most common are screening and separating. Below are examples of the machines in action with commonly used products:

Easy to clean and maintain

Of the sieves’ 7 components, 4 need to be removed more frequently for cleaning, namely the gallery, mesh screen & gasket, and funnel. Fortunately, the sieves are designed to be easy to clean. They can be assembled and disassembled without the use of tools and contain minimal crevices and easy access to all parts.
