Genesis Process Solutions would like to reassure our customers that we will continue to operate as normally as possible during the current Coronavirus shutdown.
We have continued to implement a robust hygiene routine throughout our premises and with our team of service and sales engineers. We understand the need to reduce physical contact. We are able to provide meetings over the telephone or via video conferencing. We will however continue to support service visits to customer’s premises and will certainly adhere to any further health or security checks our customer base may implement.

We are monitoring and following the government Covid 19 safety advice advice as it is updated and we will advise you if any changes impact on our abilities to meet our commitments.
