STANDARD SERVICE VISIT

A one off visit to a customer site to service equipment or rectify a problem with Brabender equipment

SERVICE CONTRACT

A yearly contract to service Brabender equipment on an agreed number of visits per year which also gives the customer a discount on call outs and spare parts

IN-HOUSE MAINTENANCE

Equipment can be sent to Genesis for a general service, repair or complete overhaul and shipped back to site with the shortest amount of downtime possible
