REPAIRS:-

Sadly, working parts do get damaged from time to time, either by operation or operator and in order to provide the best possible back up for our customers, we offer a fast turnaround service at Genesis to repair faulty components in the shortest amount of time.

Where possible, we offer service exchange modules which are reconditioned units offered at a lower price than new but ensures you are back up and running with minimum downtime.

UPGRADES :-

As part of Brabender’s continuing aim to improve their control systems, older systems become obsolete and therefore upgrades are available to ensure that we can offer you back up should there be a problem with the control system you have on site.

Many old control systems contain components that are no longer available so it is critical, to ensure minimum downtime, that control systems are kept up to date wherever possible.
